We booked on arrival, the price was cheap and allowed us to stay for days with out stress, went across the road bought small grocery to eat inside our room that had a kitchenette with a toaster, pans,pots...everything we needed including a single plate stove. White clean towels, clean pillows and bedding. I will stay here again lots of places to visit were ten min drive away and a big shopping center a walking distance!

The guesthouse in Lütten-Klein is my favorite. The rooms are clean, the prices are reasonable, the breakfast is sufficient and tasty, the staff is friendly and helpful. There are good transport links and a shopping center. What more could I want?

Check-in already took well over an hour, so you might as well choose proper accommodation where checking in isn't such an unusual event. And the tourist tax is charged per calendar day and not per night as usual. So it's pretty expensive for a trip through. There are nicer towns on the Baltic Sea where accommodation can even manage a check-in in five minutes and where you don't need to pay a tourist tax. It's better to travel there instead of Rostock, which is comparatively dull anyway.

I had an appointment in Rostock and wanted to combine it with a short vacation. So I spent 3 nights in this rather functional accommodation. The room (comfort) was fine and clean. Unfortunately, the windows and window sills were very dirty. I notice things like that. It makes a bad impression. There was a small kitchen with a refrigerator and kitchenette as well as a sink. The toilets and showers were accessible via the hallway. I found the toilets disgusting. Spiders, moths and other dead stuff. The accommodation is also very loud. Doors slamming until late at night. I didn't sleep very well and was pretty exhausted in the morning. I was glad that the weather played along and I didn't have to stay there during the day. On the positive side, there are shops right outside the accommodation. The transport links are fine.

You can get it for as little as 60 euros. The service is very good and you have all the important shops around you. The connections are also very good. The breakfast is average, but it is definitely an alternative to eating out. The room is also very large and, if required and possible, has a view of Rostock.
